By downloading, installing, or using the NexFit mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NexFit, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use NexFit.

2. Description of Service

NexFit is an AI-powered fitness application that provides:

Personalized workout and training plans
Nutrition and calorie guidance
AI coaching via Alex (powered by Anthropic's Claude)
Progress tracking and workout logging
Daily reminders and motivational notifications

3. Subscription & Payment

NexFit offers the following subscription plans:

1 Month: $9.99 — billed monthly
3 Months: $19.99 — billed every 3 months
6 Months: $29.99 — billed every 6 months
Lifetime: $79.99 — one-time payment

1-Day Free Trial: All plans (except Lifetime) include a 1-day free trial. You will NOT be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends. After the trial, your subscription begins automatically.

Subscriptions are processed via Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

Google Play Store → Subscriptions → NexFit → Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until the period ends. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time, except as required by law.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Important: NexFit is a fitness guidance app and is NOT a medical service. The workout plans, nutrition advice, and AI coaching provided are for general fitness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or diet program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

6. AI Coach (Alex) Disclaimer

Alex is an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude technology. While Alex provides personalized fitness guidance, please note:

Alex's responses are AI-generated and may not always be accurate
Alex does not replace a certified personal trainer or dietitian
Do not rely solely on Alex's advice for medical or health decisions

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information during account registration and onboarding
Use NexFit only for lawful, personal fitness purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the application
Not share your account credentials with others
Exercise at your own risk and within your physical capabilities

8. Intellectual Property

All content in NexFit including workout plans, nutrition data, AI responses, design, and code are the property of NexFit. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to physical injury from exercise, data loss, or service interruption.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
